1/11/2024 0 Comments Flux power skyfactory 3It always uses this trickle before the primary feed coming from the separator, so it won't get backed up. ![]() Important trick for this PRC is to remember that it also returns a bit of oxygen as output, so you'll wanna pipe that out and back into the main oxygen feed. No void upgrade on that one, this only runs if I grab some HDPE from the crate. Last pic shows the other PRC, the rotary condenstrator, tank of liquid ethylene, and the crate of HDPE it makes. ![]() All of the tanks are Ultimate tanks, and yes, that was fairly expensive and time-consuming to do. That is fed by that tank on top of the PRC. Each one of these is sitting on top of an ethylene tank feeding it, except for the one in front of my empty hand. Going with my experiences with flux, make sure that you aren’t accidentally looping the flux network. If your playing on a server restart the server, I had it happen to me and restarting the server fixed it. All of them are still connected to the network. XNet would have made this all much simpler, but at the time I built this I hadn't even gone to the End yet, so no shulker drops to make XNet stuff.įifth pic is a top view showing all 8 gas-burning generators feeding into 2 flux plugs. The flux plug wouldn't take any energy and the flux points wouldn't send the energy out. Something else to note here, though you can only barely see it: I'm using a short run of bundled cable from Cyclic so I can get water into the separator while also getting water into the PRC and substrate OUT of the PRC through the same side. There's also the long oxygen pipe leading off to an oxygen tank behind the 2nd PRC. ![]() You can also see the dense infinite water source on the bottom right.įourth pic you can see the front side of the PRC and crushing factory, as well as a sound muffler, the absorption hopper, the crate of substrate (with a void upgrade so it will never allow the system to get "backed up" with the stuff), and the bottoms of two of the many ethylene tanks. Make sure to set your separator to dump excess oxygen, otherwise it will back up ethylene production. More ethylene gets piped out of the front. The tank on the right is hydrogen, the other tank on top of the PRC is for ethylene. Third pic you can see the other block miner and 2nd snad/sugarcane block, and the backside of the electrolytic separator, the main PRC above it, and the crushing factory to the left. The redstone circuit there is long enough that it keeps that crate of sugarcane about 1/3 full at all times, but no more. Second pic is a close-up of the redstone control for the redstone clock on the snad blocks and for the block miners. It's whatever at this point I guess. This first one is just an overall view of the. I disabled the other core and other storages to ensure it wasn't a supply/demand problem, which I already knew it wasn't because the lower tier core would charge plenty fast after doing a lot of fusion crafting (getting to draconic tier so I could get the draconic energy crystals). Was able to output to anything I had just fine. I was able to charge it to that point of 0.01% using everything from a BigReactors Reactor down to Coal Generators from two or three mods. ![]() Done wasting my time on that and just accepting it as an overpriced 2.whatever billion rf storage at this point. Tested each method on a smaller (Tier 4) Energy core. Haven't tried going a tier down or (god no) a tier up. Each method worked to charge the core up to that point of 0.01%, and each method for outputing that energy to auto-crafters, auto-compressors, auto-hammers and sieves, and a small isolated Refined Storage setup. Each setup I made, I insure Input/Outputs were all set up in the right directions, then tried each setup with those reversed because why not try everything. I play on Sky Factory 3 on the latest version as of typing this version 3.0.15. Nothing inputs any more energy into the core for me. I switched from flux points to DE I/O crystals to an Ender I/O wired conduit, including combinations of all these things. After a few hours of trying to get the Tier 7 to charge any further, I have given up.
